    Resetting Multifactor Authentication

      Log a support request with Agilyx Cloud

      Contact Agilyx Cloud and provide the following information:

      • Name
      • Agilyx User Account
      • Organisation

      An Agilyx Cloud engineer will reset this for you.

      Setup MFA credentials

      Once your MFA credentials have been reset, you'll need to set this back up.

      1. Login to your Agilyx Cloud account by going here - Agilyx Cloud Remote Apps
      2. Enter your Agilyx Cloud crednetials
      3. Follow the prompt on the screen to configure MFA
