This procedure outlines the steps required to clear your browser cache across different web browsers.

1Google Chrome
- Open Chrome and click the three vertical dots in the upper-right corner.
- Select Settings.
- In the left sidebar, click Privacy and security.
- Click Clear browsing data.
- In the pop-up window, select the Time range (All time).
- Check only the boxes for Cookies and other site data and Cached images and files.
- Click Clear data.
Once you have done this, please close all your open browsers. Reopen the browser and access the website. -
2Microsoft Edge
- Open Edge and click the three horizontal dots in the upper-right corner.
- Select Settings.
- In the left sidebar, click Privacy, search, and services.
- Under Clear browsing data, click Choose what to clear.
- Select the Time range (All time).
- Check only the boxes for Cookies and other site data and Cached images and files.
- Click Clear now.
Once you have done this, please close all your open browsers. Reopen the browser and access the website. -

- Open Firefox and click the three horizontal lines in the upper-right corner.
- Select Settings.
- Click Privacy & Security in the left sidebar.
- In the Cookies and Site Data section, click Clear Data.
- Check only the boxes for Cookies and Site Data and Cached Web Content.
- Click Clear.
Once you have done this, please close all your open browsers. Reopen the browser and access the website.
